stir fried purple sprouting broccoli and mushroomsrating:
500g purple sprouting broccoli
1 bunch spring onions
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Chop the spring onions, and crush the garlic, and fry in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add the PSB florest, the sliced stems of the pst, and carrot matchsticks, and fry for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the finely sliced mushrooms and fry for 2 mins, then add the soy sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Spoon over the sesame oil, season with pepper and remove from the heat.
Serve with rice or noodles.
