Double that of apple juice
Half tablespoon runny hunny
juice of half a small lemon
half teaspoon spices - mace, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice - to taste
Heat gently until hot. Taste. Decide there is not enough apple juice, add more. Taste, decide there is not enough whisky, add more. Taste.
Decide there is not enough hunny. Add more. Add more whisky for luck.
Repeat utnil hte galss is flup. Drnk. Retyre to bedd.
Doesn't cure the cold but makes it worth having.
