yellow fin tuna with steamed pak choi
rating:we had a couple of expensive yellow fin tuna steaks from the organic shop.
so we did some jasmine rice, and I made a little bit of sauce with sesame oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and some finely shredded ginger, and simmered it very gently for about ten minutes. We steamed some pak choi for a couple of minutes, and showed the tuna an *extremely* hot ribbed cast iron pan for seconds each side.
