salmon and tomato bake starter

I large can of Red Salmon
I tin Condensed Tomato Soup
Crushed Potato Crisps
Grated Cheddar Cheese

You won't believe how simple but effective this is for a quick and easy starter.

Serves 4

Drain, remove skin and bones from the salmon, place into small saucepan with the Condensed Tomato Soup.

Warm until thoroughly mixed then divide between 4 Ramekins.  Heat on Gas Mark 5 for about 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, add the crushed crisps and grated cheese, place back in the oven for a further 10 mins.

Serve with triangles of crusty bread.
