cheat's camembert fonduerating:
Take a whole Camembert from it's little wooden box, remove the paper then put it back in the box.
Prick a few holes in the top of the cheese, rub the surface with a couple of cloves of garlic, then drizzle a reasonably good white wine over the top.
Put the wooden lid back on and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Cook some tiny new potatoes, then butter and season them lightly.
Serve and to eat, dip the hot potatoes into the oozing Camembert, it is absolutely sumptious and a great new slant on the fondue idea.
