curly kale stir fry with lentils

450g kale, finely chopped
2 tbsp veg oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 green pepper, de-seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1.25cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp sesame seeds
425g cooked red lentils
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tsp fresh lime juice
sale and pepper to taste
put kale into boiling salted water. Quickly bring back to boil, reduce heat, simmer and cook until just tender (5 minutes). Drain.
heat the oils in a pan. Stir fry pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and seasme seeds over a high heat for about 3 minutes.
add kale, lentils, soy sauce, water and lime juice. Season, stirr wel,l cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
