honey and cinnamon cookies

200g wholegrain spelt flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp ground cinnamon
100g honey
100 sunflower oil
Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, honey and sunflower oil to form a dough.
Place teaspoonsful of the mix onto a greased baking trya, leaving room for them to expand.
Bake in a pre-heated oven (gas 5 / 190C) for about 10 minutes.
