tuna and pasta salad
rating:Take some penne pasta and boil it up. You can also add frozen sweetcorn to the pan or add tinned sweetcorn later.
Open a small tin of tuna in brine and drain off the brine. Dump into mixing bowl with half a thinly sliced red onion. Add your choice of mayo (regular, low fat or fat free if the adverts are to be believed) to taste and the sweetcorn (if you're using the tinned variety).
Mix in the cooked pasta (and the sweetcorn if you used frozen).
Serve warm.
Take the leftovers and shove 'em in the fridge to eat cold as part of a salad or as a snack lunch.

{from Myz Lilith} Instead of the mayo, you can add lemon juice and italian herbs for a more diet-friendly version.
