I'm sure this would work with any flavoured chocolate - chili chocolate, or cinnamon, or whatever; just be sure it is good quality, and has a high cocoa content.
I shouldn't really dignify this by calling it a recipe - it was just some bits hurled in a bain marie. But it was our anniversary, and we fancied profiteroles ...
1 bar lavender chocolate
1 few chunks/squares of good quality plain chocolate (added to take the sweetness down a bit)
about 25g of butter
about 1 tbsp water
put the lot in a bain marie (or a microwave if you're a heathen), and melt very slowly. Pour over profiteroles. Surprisingly good.
