sundried tomato turkey burgers

Ingredients
500 gr turkey mince
half a jar sun dried tomato pesto
oregano
handful chopped fresh herbs
spoonful oats
small chopped/grated onion
1 egg
Preheat oven to 200 deg C
Mix all ingredients well
Shape into 8 small burgers or 4 large ones.
Place burgers on baking tray and bake for 40 mins.
Serve with oven chips and inna bun.
(We ate half the mix and froze the other half for defrosting, shaping and eating some other day.)
