greek yoghurt cakerating:
Pot of greek style yoghurtx
8oz self raising flour
4oz caster sugar
2oz unsalted butter
Mix together all the wet ingredients and the sugar, then add the flour.
Bake for about half an hour (I use an aga)

Alternatively, leave out honey and cinnamon and add chocolate chunks instead. For a special kick, halve and fill the middle with double cream whipped up with 2 tablespoons baileys liqueur.
