crumble topping with walnutsrating:
100g plain flour
50g unsalted butter, cold and cut into squares (plus more for greasing dish)
60g walnuts (shelled weight)
45g light brown sugar
bung all this in a food processor, and whizz till it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
put on top of some fruit - whatever you fancy, really. Today I'm doing rhubarb and fresh ginger.
cook in oven preheated to gas 5 / 190C for about 25 mins.
