500 ml flour
500 ml cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
150 ml sugar
100 g dark chocolate, chopped
½ red chili pepper, seeds removed and chopped fine
100 ml sunflower oil
225 ml milk
sift flower, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar into a bowl, add sugar, chocolate and chili.
1½ cup (3,6 dl) whipping cream
4 tbsp butter
340 g (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate, chopped
in another bowl whisk together eggs and oil until fluffy. Add milk. Pour the mixture on the dry ingredients and mix well.
fill the muffin cups almost to the top, bake in 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
