6oz butter
3oz caster sugar
3oz soft brown sugar
3 eggs
vanilla essence
6oz self raising flour
2tsp baking powder
3 crunchie bars
Gas 4/180
- cream butter and sugar until creamy
- add eggs and mix with a blender
- add vanilla (amount is up to your own taste)
- fold in sifted flour (and baking powder)
- crush crunchie bars and add to mix
- pour mixture into two 8" sandwich tins
- cook for 20-30 mins
