potato and sweet potato wedges.

4 Potatoes
4 Kumara
Powder Cumin
Yellow Mustard Seeds.


Peel and cut potato & sweet potato in wedges (for a easier way, use a NicerDicer).  Rinse wedges.

Lightly oil a cooking tray. Place in wedges. Sprinkle with cumin & mustard seeds.

Place in oven at 200 degrees celcius untill soft cooked.
