cheesy olive bites

Slightly work in progress - original recipe calls for strong US processed liquid cheese.  Using UK cream cheese isn't quite cheesy enough, so maybe add in mustard and / or parmesan or something for a stronger flavour?

Quantities for 4 doz olives:

4oz cream cheese
4oz butter 
4oz flour
salt to taste
can olives

Mix the cheese, butter and flour well to form a stiff dough.

Chill overnight

Form the dough around the olives, sealing each olive in by rolling in the palm of your hand.

Bake at 200 deg C for 15-20 minutes.
