choc pear clafoutisrating:
Basic clafoutis recipe from La Cuisine pour tous, but the chocolate and pear are my own abomination.
100 gr flour
heaped tbsp cocoa
90 gr sugar
250 ml milk
approx 2 tins pear pieces
Preheat oven to 200 deg C
Beat the eggs. Combine with the flour, salt, sugar and mix well. Add the milk a little at a time until the mixture resembles a pancake batter. Allow to stand.
Butter an 8" flan dish and arrange the pear pieces prettily. Pour over the batter.
Cook for 35 mins until the mix has browned and a skewer comes out clean.
