1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoons white sugar
In a small bowl, let yeast dissolve in warm water for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and olive oil.
Stir in yeast mixture.
Allow to rise for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place on a floured 12" pizza pan or two floured 9" pie pans.
Cover with sauce and toppings.
Bake for 20 minutes.
