1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey
In a small bowl, let yeast dissolve in warm water for about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together flour and wheat germ.
Stir in honey and yeast mixture honey and yeast mixture.
Allow dough to rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place dough on a floured 12" pizza pan or in two 9" pie pans.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until desired crispiness is achieved.
