bulghar pilaf

1 onion
350cl stock
150g bulghar wheat
1 red/green pepper
pine kernels
Fry the onion in a little oil for 2-3 mins then add the stock, the wheat, the finely chopped pepper. Bring to the boil, then turn the heat down low and cover. Stir occasionally. Stir in the pine kernels before serving.
