spanish orange cake

6 eggs
240g sugar
230g almonds
3 oranges

Mix egg yolks and sugar, add almonds and orange zest.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.

Bake in 23cm tin for 60 minutes at 180C

Pour over syrup made from 4 oranges, 1 lemon and caster sugar to taste.
