homemade choc chip ice cream
rating:Be careful while grating the chocolate, it is very easy to cut your fingers with the chocolate :(
Ingredients:
- (250ml) 1/2 Pint Milk
- (250ml) 1/2 Pint Double Cream/Heavy Cream
- (75g) 3oz Sugar
- (125g) 5oz Plain Chocolate (grated)
Mix ingredients together into a bowl and pour it into an ice cream maker or put in the freezer & check every 30 minutes, it would take about 3 hours all together, but keep stirring!!
