basmati rice with tofu and veggies

i live on this recipe and stay healthy

2 cups of basmati rice (rice from india) peas in pod , onions, string beans , brocoli, and water chestnuts tofu curry sauce mixed with tablespoon of coconut tamari and chilli powder cook rice and drain saute tofu and veggies in curry sauce mixed with teaspoon of coconut milk and tablespoon of tamari mix rice with tofu and veggies. cover pan and let sit on low heat for 5 minutes for everything to blend
