Couldn't be simpler.
I use a pan about two inches deep with a lid.
Add some light soy and freshly cracked black pepper to a dish, add the venison and ensure fully coated.
Heat the pan, a little olive oil.
When hot enough, add the venison steaks and sear each side. Place the lid on.
Steam or boil the green beans as per your preference.
Lift the lid of the pan, turn over the steaks and pour in the rest of the marinade. Replace lid.
Place the green beans on a plate just a bit bigger than the portion you are having.
Remove lid, place steak on top of beans, drizzle the pan juices over the steak.
