vegetarian jurquee chili

I use Stonewall's Jurquee, a vegetarian jerky, instead of dead animal, it comes in nuggets, fines, and regular size and you can find it at www.soybean.com. You can use chili beans in a can instead of the single cans, just use two or three cans. The tofu crumbles as you stir the chili to mix it up. I have added corn, green beans, and smaller types of pasta, and in so doing it makes it more like a stew, but it the red pepper makes it more like a chili. This is a topping for our Vegetarian Jurquee Chili Pizza

1 can 28oz Muir Glen Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 can 28oz Muir Glen Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 container Firm Tofu
2 cups Stone Walls' Wild Jurquee
2 cups carrots chopped
2 cups celery chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
10 - 20 garlic cloves chunked
crushed red pepper to taste

Drain and Rinse Pinto, Black, and Kidney Beans In 4 quart crock pot, put all ingredients and cook for 3 - 4 hours.
